A short while ago you posted a piece entitled “The Fox” by Yoshi Yoshitani. This artist posted the image by itself on their blog—why did you repost it instead of reblogging? While a general source was provided, the artist deserves the notes and attention for that post specifically. They only have 3 notes on their original post; I’m sure they would appreciate knowing that others are enjoying their work.

I get messages like this every now and then. But people need to realize that the majority of the art here is work the artist themselves have submitted. Furthermore I don’t usually repost art, and if I do it’s set up where it’s in a large art set rather than one piece of work as you would typically see in an artist posts. If you have been following my blog you would know that I do reblog right from the artists quite frequently.
